This Privacy Policy applies to all applications developed by Voy-Tech, including: Aquatica, Aviana, Botanica, Fauna, Fungora, HerbaMed, and Mineralia (collectively, "the Apps").

1. Information We Collect

The Apps collect the following information:

• Device identifier – a randomly generated anonymous ID used to manage your credit balance. This ID does not identify you personally.
• Photos – images you submit for identification are sent to our server for AI analysis and are not stored after processing.
• Purchase records – when you purchase credits via Google Play, we receive a purchase token from Google to verify and credit your account. No payment information is stored by us.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide AI-based identification results.
• To manage and display your credit balance.
• To verify in-app purchases made through Google Play.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except:

• Anthropic – images are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI API for identification purposes.
• Google Play – purchase verification is performed via the Google Play Developer API.

4. Data Retention

Your anonymous device ID and credit balance are stored in our secure database hosted on Railway. Photos submitted for identification are not retained after processing.

5. Children's Privacy

The Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All communication between the Apps and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date.
